LOCATION
The land is located in Penperlleni off the A4042 (Usk Road). Turn off the A4042 passed the Goytre Arms, take the first left onto Fairfield Lane. Pass Goytre Stores on the right-hand side and take the first left. The land can be found opposite the Highfield Road properties.
The land is available as a whole to be let on a standard CAAV mowing agreement.
SUMMARY
The land totals 4.5 acres of mowing grass with direct main road access.
The vendor would consider letting for stock purposes subject to the boundary being electric fenced appropriately.
TERMS
The respective land is to be let by informal tender on a standard mowing License. A copy of the proposed mowing License (Standard CAAV Template) is available for inspection at the agent’s office if required.
