- RE: INFORMAL TENDERS FOR THE MAERDY FARM We have been instructed to sell by informal Tender Lots 3 and 4, at The Maerdy Farm. Please find enclosed a copy of the Informal Tender document for that purpose. We kindly ask that you submit your best and final offers by 12 noon on 2nd December 2025. We would also like to make you aware that our Monmouth office has been affected by the recent Storm Claudia and is currently closed due to flooding. Our team is now working from our network of offices across South Wales and the South West. Our thoughts are very much with everyone in the community whose homes and businesses have been impacted. We want to reassure you that our Monmouth office will be back up and running as soon as possible but it may be some time.
